Not all products are handmade. We offer both handmade customized items and ready-made products. Each product description clearly mentions its type.
3. Can I customize my order?
Yes! We offer customization on selected items like resin art, jewelry and personalized gifts. You can add names, dates, colors or special details.
4. Do you also have ready-made items?
Yes, urgent orders can be managed depending on availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
5. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Customized orders usually take 3–7 working days, depending on the design and details.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days across Pakistan after dispatch.
7. Do you take urgent orders?
Yes, urgent orders can be managed depending on availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
8. Will my product look exactly like the picture?
For handmade items, slight variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted work. Ready-made items will match the shown design.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa for easy and secure payments.
10. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery with secure packaging.
11. What if I receive a damaged product?
We ensure secure packaging, but in case of damage:
- You must record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel
- The video should clearly show the issue
- Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or exchange.
12. Can I return or exchange my order?
- Customized items: Non-returnable & non-exchangeable
- Ready-made items: Exchange only in case of damage (with proof)
13. How should I care for resin products?
Avoid direct sunlight, heat and harsh handling. Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain shine.

15. Is advance payment required for customized orders?
Yes, 100% advance payment is required for all customized orders as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
